Witross exists to help companies choose the right IT solutions.
What We Do
Mid-market manufacturers and distributors working internationally face technology decisions that carry significant operational and financial consequences. We strive to help before commitments are locked in and the wrong architecture or partner selection creates urgent operational issues.
Independent evaluation of ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI, and adjacent platforms. Including competitive analysis across Microsoft, NetSuite, Acumatica, Azure/AWS, and others. Total cost of ownership and ROI modeling to give executive teams an honest picture before any vendor relationship begins.
Tailored architecture across ERP, WMS, EDI, TMS, data warehouse, and AI/ML platforms. Designed to scale, integrate cleanly, and avoid the implementation debt and licensing bloat that often follow decisions made without a systems-level view.
The work that determines whether an implementation actually succeeds.
Cross-platform strategy and IT advisory for organizations where technology decisions intersect with operations, finance, and organizational change. Includes change management frameworks, adoption planning, and executive alignment.
Guidance on building compatible data models and infrastructure for AI, machine learning, agent-based automation, and forecasting use cases. Grounded in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and designed to integrate with existing operational systems rather than run alongside them.
Best-practice methodology, vendor selection support, and implementation oversight developed across 20+ years of global deployments. Available as a senior independent voice for organizations who want someone with no stake in the outcome other than getting it right.
Purpose-built software products for specialized industry needs, including ML-driven assessment and monitoring tools, EDI change management, and regulation compliance. Custom application design and deployment for organizations whose requirements fall outside what standard platforms address and help your organization make critical decisions and manage complex rules to avoid penalties and fees.
The Approach
Companies today have more access to technology guidance than at any point in history. What we see more often than not is that access to answers is not the same thing as asking the right questions. Systems get selected through demos with generic RFPs which skew what fitment looks like. Platforms are implemented without organizational readiness. A patchwork of well intentioned decisions becomes a structural problem.
Our work starts before the first vendor call. The decisions made in that window about what to build, how to connect it, and whether the organization is ready to absorb it determine most of what happens afterward.
Microsoft and ERP are our anchor because that is where the majority of our experience has come from, but the scope of what we address is deliberately cross-platform. The right answer for a given organization is not always the most familiar one, and an advisor with a stake in any particular outcome is not really an advisor.
Industries
We work with a focused number of clients at any given time, which means the engagements taken on tend to involve real strategic decisions rather than day-to-day support.
To keep incoming inquiries meaningful and avoid the volume of automated outreach that comes with a public contact form we ask that you reach out directly through LinkedIn. We read every message and respond to those that are a genuine fit.
